Megan MullerIn 2021, WE USA – the women’s initiative of Colas USA – launched the WE USA Movers & Shakers campaign, a peer-nominated recognition program for female thought leaders within the company.
Movers & Shakers will continue to recognize 12 women annually for thinking outside of the box, pushing the limits in innovation and process improvement, and influencing people. It will highlight those who are making an impact in their department, their subsidiary, and ultimately within Colas USA.
The mission of the WE USA initiative is to promote the success, advancement, and job satisfaction of women at all levels within Colas USA and ensure that Colas USA is an employer of choice for women in the construction industry. The launch of this recognition campaign is just one of many ways that we can ensure our WE USA initiative is achieving its mission.
